Charlotte's lovely and kind nature put me at ease immediately, I felt comfortable talking about my thoughts and problems. Hypnotherapy helped me to reduce my anxiety, stress and low moods.
She helped me change the way I thought about situations and gave me new ways of dealing with any issues or problems.
I struggled sleeping but with a few suggested changes, I soon got into a good sleeping pattern. I find using self-hypnosis and a recorded hypnotherapy talk on CD very helpful.
I would highly recommend hypnotherapy and especially Charlotte to help with depression and related problems.
