"After each appointment, I left with a smile and reassurance that I was going to get better. Charlotte made that very clear to me she gave me hope like no one else".

I contacted Charlotte as a friend of mine had recommended her to me.  Her voice instantly made me feel at ease.  She let me speak before answering any questions that I had. She totally understood what I was going through which made it easy for me to open up to her.

I was extremely anxious when I arrived to meet Charlotte at our first appointment, nervous to knock on the door, but her warm smile and calming voice calmed me down.  She invited me in and offered me a drink then lead to into a lovely warm cosy room.  I sat down and invited her little dog onto my lap. He helped to calm me down.

I felt safe secure and very welcome.

Charlotte reassured me that what I was going through was normal and common which made me feel that I was not alone.  She explained my illness to me like no one had ever done before and she hit the nail on the head. For the first time, I had a name for my mental illness. I will always be grateful to Charlotte for this. The sessions were professional, welcoming, thorough and full of care.

After each appointment, I left with a smile and reassurance that I was going to get better. Charlotte made that very clear to me she gave me hope like no one else.

Charlotte was always very clear about the process of hypnotherapy, I totally understand what was going to happen.  I closed my eyes during hypnotherapy and felt safe and comfortable. I really enjoyed the hypnosis and felt relief after each session.

It took a little longer then I had imagined but that's because I had been really poorly. I found the process of recovery easier then I had imagined.  I think I had about 7 sessions. Charlotte also helped me build confidence.

Previously I have seen a councillor, a psychiatrist, a psychologist, a doctor, a mental health nurse and I have paid for a mindfulness course.

Apart from the mindfulness none of them helped me in any way. They gave me the wrong diagnosis. Charlotte knew instantly what had happened to me. She explained it properly in a way that made me understand what I had been going through. She had loads of ideas to help me deal with my anxiety all of which worked.

I would, without a doubt feel confident recommending Charlotte to anyone who is suffering because she cured me and changed my life for the better

I am better than before I became ill. I will never forget what Charlotte did for me, she saved my life.
