Meditation is about reconnecting with yourself, allowing yourself time to just be you.

We live in such a busy world, we’re pulled here and there, with high expectations of who we should be, life, often tainted in fears of failure or that we are simply not enough.

Meditation is all about reconnecting with who you really are, it’s about releasing unwanted feeling that you may have carried around for many years.  It’s about giving yourself permission to be you and have some important time and thoughts to yourself.

Joining a group can seem daunting, especially when you are already suffering from anxiety or depression. Group meditation with White Willow has a maximum of 4 attendees, the groups are small and gentle. I get you a drink and then we get going with the meditation.  There is no pressure for you to introduce yourself or talk in front of the group.

If it’s a lovely day we might even meditate in the garden.  I work with the flow of attendees and ensure that everyone feels safe and secure.
