The results were excellent and unexpectedly quick.

I had treatment with Charlotte because emotionally I felt ‘stuck’ after years of dealing with physical issues.

Before the first session, I felt excited and a little apprehensive.  Talking to Charlotte was easy and after each session, I felt like I was making progress.  I found the hypnotherapy helpful and the results were excellent and unexpectedly quick.

Charlotte was more chatty and relaxed than other therapists and there was less structure in each session.

 

I didn’t feel that I was ‘learning’, it was all very natural and therefore I think I picked up more because I was relaxed.
