If you're lacking time to read or watch videos you can simply listen to the course narration where ever you are.
I suggest you take a week at a time to focus and do the tasks that are set.
There is a meditation at the end of every week that addresses the topics you've worked on. There is also a library of further meditations that you can listen to, to help with any other areas.

After week seven you have a library of meditations. You can also redo the course as many times as long as you like within subscription.
The goal of meditation is not to get rid of thoughts or emotions. The goal is to become more aware of your thoughts and emotions and learn how to move through them without getting stuck.
